CAP Survey

The College of American Pathologists (CAP) survey for the Laboratory was May 2007 with full accreditation granted through April 30, 2009.
The College of American Pathologists (CAP) survey of the Endocrine Lab was completed May 2007 with full accreditation granted until April 30, 2009.

Joint Commission

Joint Commission Survey was September 2005 with full accreditation granted until 2008. One unannounced hospital survey occured in October 2006, with no recommendations for approval. Full survey is expected any time in 2008.

Diabetes
The Diabetes Self-Management Education Program achieved Education Recognition by the American Diabetes Association through April 17, 2009.
