Geriatrics/Extended Care provides a spectrum of services for eligible Veterans enrolled in the system. Some of the services are provided for inpatients admitted to the Community Living Center (CLC). The majority of care/treatment/services are provided in outpatient programs to support the wishes of the Veteran to live at home or in their communities as long as possible.

- Specialized rehabilitation following amputation, stroke, injury, surgery, or chronic mental health or medical illnesses

- Community Nursing Home Care
- Skilled and Unskilled Home Care
