Members of the Salem VA Medical Center (VAMC) Rural Health Team will be at the Carroll County Agricultural Fair at the Southwest VA Farmers Market on 497 Farmers Market Drive in Hillsville, Virginia  24343 on Friday, August 26, 2011 from 5:00-11:00 pm (EST) to provide information and health education to Veterans and their families.
