Salem VA Medical Center
The¬†Salem VAMC¬†pharmacy processes over 1,800 prescriptions daily.¬†The Pharmacy is open from 8:00 am - 6:30 pm, Monday-Friday (closed on Federal Holidays).
To better serve you and avoid delays, please use one of these convenient options:
- Refills are not automatically mailed; you must select one of the options below.¬†It is usually not necessary to call your Clinic to request a refill or renew a prescription.
- Refill your prescriptions early ‚ÄĒ 2 weeks prior to running out of the medication.¬†This allows you to receive your medications in a timely manner; don‚Äôt wait until you completely run out.
- Most prescriptions will no longer be filled for pick up at the Salem VAMC Pharmacy; most will be mailed from the Consolidated Mail-Out Pharmacy (CMOP) in Charleston, SC.
Options for Refilling or Renewing Prescriptions
Remember to have your full Social Security Number and Prescription Number(s) available.
Enroll for My HealtheVet; once you are authenticated, you may request refills online.¬†Go to www.myhealth.va.gov; or stop by our MHV Connection in the main lobby of the Medical Center.¬†You can also find information about any prescription you are taking in My HealtheVet.¬†

Your prescriptions will be mailed to you for free.¬†You can drop off your prescriptions in the ‚Äúdrop box‚ÄĚ outside the Pharmacy, or mail them or your refill requests to:
